What Happens if You Don’t Attend Drug Abuse Classes?

Question by Rick Cesar: What happens if you don’t attend drug abuse classes?
I am 16 years old. My dad called the cops because he found weed in my room, and i am scheduled to go to court and to take some classes that could last 3-12 months. What happens if i go to court but don’t take the drug abuse classes? for treatment i guess. what will be the consequences if there are any?

and i’m going to visit family in puerto rico, and if i stay for a year or two, what will happen? seriously.

One Response to What Happens if You Don’t Attend Drug Abuse Classes?

  • Levi B says:

when it comes to small crimes like this, DO NOT TRY AND FIGHT IT you may not understand the full consequences of your action until a few more years when you grow up but eventually it will catch up with you. Do what you gotta do and MORE, make a a GOOD impression on the judge, dont go in to the court and act like a little punk. The classes range from 3-12 months, well take a guess how they determine how long you should have to take the classes?

Also from my understanding your record is cleared once you turn 18, but im sure its not that way if you miss the court date…

So the fact of the matter is this is a tiny charge if your going to be charged at all. if you dont do exactly what they ask you can easily turn it into something way worse!!
