At Christmas we gave her a lot of clothes, because we didn’t want to give her money that she would use to buy drugs. She traded some of the clothes for drugs and her drug friends stole the rest.

my fiance is in an intensive drug probabtion program and he got in trouble for a missed drug test ( he messed the dates up and took the test the week before he was supposed to) and he got a 4 day sanction in jail, now they want him to go thru a 6 mo treatment program and there is a waiting list for up to 2-3 more months before he can get in. is there a way to get him out of jail until then? his processing paperwork says “to remain in jail until released by judge”.
if i hire an attorney can i get him out of jail until his treatment program starts? does anyone know abt the T.I.E.S program in columbus ohio? please help im desperate.thank you
