My husband has spent over one month in jail. The judge says he can only be released into an inpatient rehab.
His bail was 125K and was waved off and he is NOT eligible for release only into a program.
Any recommendations for low cost inpatient programs in,ca
Sorry divorce is not an option for me,i believe God put him in my life for a reason and maybe the reason is to be there for him and lead him to the right direction.
Maybe if i give up one of them drug dealers,they will let him out?

My mother is an alcoholic and drug user. She needs to be committed to a treatment center but she will not go. Last week she slit her wrists and went to the emergency room (50 stitches) but they let her go. I did not know until afterward that she had done this. How can I have her committed if she won’t go on her own? If she attemps suicide again, can I have her committed? Thanks.

If you are serious about getting help for yourself or a loved one and do not have the resources to pay for care at a rehab facility, you have options. The best option is to go to any hospital emergency room, explain to the MD that you need, not want, but need rehab and need to speak to a social worker. Then you will have the ball rolling. At the same time, you can ask registration for state, county, and federal assistance to help pay for the bill. The hospital will also always work with you to pay for the treatment if necessary. Bottom line, if you need help, Don’t wait.
